Ok I am completly at a loss. I have had a problem for some time now. My PC Freeze or Black Screens randomly, be in in game or surfing even in the bios menu.

Specs:
win 7 x64
Gigabyte i5-4670 3.4GHz
Model: Z87X-SLI
2x8 GB DDR 3 Corsair Vengance
AMD Radeon HD 7800
System on a Samsung SSD disk
PSU Corsair 750w

So fare this is what I have done:
1. Try other RAM
2. Re-install windows + drivers
3. Run test on the Motherboard and CPU
4. Run a Mem test
5. Did some setting on the motherboard 7-7-7-9 or somthing but it did not worke

Atm I have ordered a new PSU for my system a
Corsair CX 750W PSU. I hope this will fix it but I have my doubhts. Anyone here who can tell me what the f is wrong. I recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu to a i5 instead of a i7 but I was realy carfull when installing the CPU and I do not think i messed anything up when installing the i5 on the new motherboard.

Thanks for your help! I realy realy need some advice here!

I dont think so, forgot to mention that when I crash/freeze and I reboot i have to turn of the PSU for around 10 sec els the system just boots and then re-boots and then continues with this until I turn if off the the time.

CPU temp: 45 Celcius
System temp: 31 Celcius

Cpu V. 1.140v
Dram V. 1.524v

But I dont think its a heat issue, I can be surfing and it freezes I can play games for hours withouth freezing but today fx its a real bitch. It have freezed for me over 8 times the last 3 hours.

Hmm, I noticed you have ran memtest but have you ran it individually for each stick? (Stick 1 in slot 1, then stick 1 in slot 2, then stick 2 in slot 1 then stick 2 in slot 2)

It often misses detections unless you run it like this, 3 passes each time. I also notice that you tried other ram, sometimes the ram slots themselves can be a bit faulty which can cause interesting issues.
