To be honest I'm afraid your video card is broken, and in a laptop, you cannot replace it.

However, try these steps too:
1.Update the drivers for your video device
2. check and see if you can find the connector between your motherboard and screen and wiggle that a bit. It surprises me that the monitor via RGB does not give you the same problems.
3. apply new thermal paste on your videocard in the laptop


Can you check and see if you suffer the same problems in Safe mode? That might help us establish if the problem is in the videocard or in the connection between the vidcard and the screen.
