My Computer have recently started Totally Randomly just freezing, it happened already 3 times, and it have happened on linux (almost fresh install) and windows 7 too
I dunno if it got something to do when i upgraded my Motherboard, but the freezes have these same things in common: Cants move cursor, no error signs, cant use Ctrl Alt Del. Froze during Playing a Game (so far happened in Dota 2(linux), Fallout 3) Exception that once it froze when i was on youtube,
My Specs:
Motherboard: Asus P8 Z77-V LX
GPU: Asus GTX 780 DirectCu II
CPU: Intel 3770k @ Stock
HDD: WD caviarblack 2TB (has win7)
SSD: Samsung Evo 840, 120gb (has linux)
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8gb
PSU: Corsair GS700, 700w

Solution
tough situation i must say. but since it happens on both operation systems then it must hardly be a software issue! ''last time was couple days ago, and before that about 4-5 days ago and before that was like 2 weeks'' from what you say it looks like it is deteriorating! keep an eye on your psu for the followin days (dont need to measure the actual temp it produces, just physically inspect it as you did before! i would try running another psu if i could! if stil no luck i would rebuilt everything from scratch going through this troubleshooting list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
1)http://www.memtest.org/ test memory one memory stick at a time if 2x4gb
2)check idle and load temps on cpu and gpu
3) get a read on rail voltages through bios
4)remove 780ti and run pc on igp
5)inspect psu if overheating of produces any wierd noises.

But i dont have 780ti its 780 :p and the Temps are ok, PSU doesnt provide weird noises, and last time i've checked it was ok, running it in bench, And Overheat i dont know, how can i know about it? And what should be the good Rail voltages?

Yeah yeah but it doesnt help that i take my GPU away, because the freezing is totally random only happened to me 3 times, at long time period, last time was couple days ago, and before that about 4-5 days ago and before that was like 2 weeks ago, im not gonna sit here and wait, but memtest showed that memory was OK.Temps are normal, and how can i know if my PSU overheats, i mean im not gonna put my friggin finger there and try, is there any software or something, and yet normal noises

i see... how about the memtest did you try it?

Yes memtest was OK, and PSU just keeps like little SRRRRRRRR sound like electric sound, very low, hard to even hear, but how can i know about the TEMPS?
AAnd the Voltage was OK
And atleast from testing with hand from behind of PSU it feels just slight warmth, like its about 20-30c i think

you said cpu - gpu temps are ok! just make sure!

30-40c at idle and below 80c under load for the cpu (with stock cooler) and for your gpu i would expect temps of about 75c under load!
