Antec VP450P I vs Corsair CX430?

I am going to buy a psu for my new gpu.
here are my specs
core 2 quad Q9550
GTX 750 ti
4gb ddr3
wd green 1tb
I need to choose between these two psus
Antec VP450P I
Corsair CX430
I can't afford anything higher
Don't suggest any other psu with more wattage because there is no way in hell i will need anything higher than this because
i will never overclock and
I am 100% sure that i will not upgrade anything(so no futureproofing, just for this build)
So, which one is better and why(explain)?

Antec VP450P is a higher quality supply , the CX series uses poor capacitors.

Also for India we ship it with 420V main caps to increase it toughness for India's power grid :-) (Everywhere else we use 400V main cap)

I popped an Antec Basiq 450W in my sister's PC last February. Its doing great so far. Very quiet and reliable. It has a Phenom II X4 955 and a GTX 560 SE - no issues powering them properly with it. Even though its not even 80 Plus certified it seems to have good efficiency according to this review:
