Panasonic TC-P50X3 Plasma 50 Inch will not turn on.

Our Panasonic Plasma went out after a lighting strike to the building. It was on a surge protector but still will not turn on now. Nothing. No blinking LEDs or anything. I have power going in to the TV by metering the power cable coming from the wall. So did a little researched and changed out the power supply circuit board which did not fix it. I tried to replace the transformer between the power cord and the power supply circuit and that didn't do anything. Any other suggestions.

I found a service manual and it says that the logic board (the "A" board) is TXN/A1PMUUS and is located in the lower right area of the chassis.

EDIT: please read the service manual; in case of the logic board exchange, you must do some other procedures.
