my HDD is mounted in one of the 5.25" bays. I want to remove it but my second side panel doesnt come off. I have the M11BB asus desktop. If anyone knows how to take it out without removing the second side panel please tell me.

Solution

Did you get the panel off or did you do a MacGyver with a screwdriver? Either way, good on you.
Are you sure the side panel isn't removeable? It should be - looking at pictures of it, all you should have to do is remove the two screws in back, grab the handhold in the middle of the back edge of the panel, and pull it straight back until it pops free.

I think your only other alternative, if there's enough room between the side of the bay and the panel, is to use an angle-head screwdriver and remove the screws securing the HDD to the rack. Obviously you'll have to do this by feel unless you have a small mirror you can use to see back there.

Did the desktop come with any user manual (the one on asus site does not come with helpful informaiton)?

When you say the side panel is not removable why is that, is it riveted?

You most likley are going to have to take pictures and upload them.
You can put the images on dropbox or on any photo share website and then in the forums use the html tag of: [ img ]your_url[/ img ] but with no spaces in the [ ] tags.
