you did not provide enough details such as resolution, which games, etcetera...
however in general i would say no.
on 1080p you would be looking at low or medium on games like bf4 at best but you might run medium on high on non-graphically intensive titles.
if you want to game on high for a budget...
for about $650 you can build:
fx8320 cpu
970 chipset mobo
2x4gb 1600mhz/cas9 ram
1tb hdd
r9-270x gpu
win7 os
cheap case
decent 450-550w psu
which can play games like bf4 on high as well as most other A+ rated titles.

I would say that rig is best suited to medium settings for 1080p, especially if you are sensitive to fps drops like I am. You have enough ram and the cpu is not too bad. If you get a 270x and maybe OC your cpu a little (maybe not needed, I'm no expert) then no problem at all in most modern games.

the 260x (not the 250) of your original listing should be able to play watchdogs on medium at playable framerates. i'm not sure how much the i3 will hold you back though. a 270x is capable of 60fps at high settings on that game, provided its not bound up by the cpu at all.
on low budget builds it certainly makes sense to consider amd cpus and a build such as the one i listed. completely your choice though.
