im looking to buy a desktop with a price from 400-600$ maybe a bit more, that will run games like BF4 and CS:GO with 100+ fps. any help please. been looking at combos on newegg but have no idea what to get

The second link is the only one that is close to what you're trying to do. The 1st and 3rd are not an avenue I would direct you to based on your stated aims.

The most important component for what you're looking to do is the quality of the discrete graphics card (GPU). Only the 2nd link actually even has a discrete GPU (a R9 270). The GPU needs other components to work properly (you need a fast enough CPU so that it doesn't bottleneck the GPU, and you need enough power/PSU to actually run the GPU (they often have high power equirements).

Someone else here will be able to tell you if the R9 270 is good enough to BF4 on with high settings and a reasonble FPS. On high settings, I think 100 fps is not attainable, but 40-60 might be. Look up benchmarks for the R9 270 with BF4.
