Which computer will serve better?

Which would be a better choice in terms of a Gaming PC?
i5 4590 with GTX 760?
-Or-
AMD 6300 with GTX 770?

I am looking more towards the money to performance ratio and over clock capability.
Any comment and all comments help and are acknowledged.

The 770 is a better card, but the i5 is a better cpu, problem is that the 6300 will bottlneck the 770.

Obvious best option would be the 4590 + the GTX 770
The fx-8320 is quite often on sale for $139, if you can wait to buy that and the 770 that would be the second best option.

The i5 4590 can't be overclocked so yeah. If you are going for a no-OC i5 then it is a better choice to get the i5 4460 since the 100-200 mHZ clok difference won't be noticeable for the extra price you pay.

What is your budget for these 2? What are you other components? Have you considered an AMD GPU (typically better price/performance ratio)?
