Hey, for some reason when playing games I get either a BSOD with Kernel Security Check Failure or a "Orange Screen Of Death" or that the game just freezes with buzzing noise and the PC won't shut down. So what is causing these 3 things?

WhoCrashed reported this after the Orange Screen Of Death today but nothing for the random freeze:

I did that but my PC still crashed only this time I didn't get a crashdump and when I turned on my PC a box said "This Driver can't fully release to failure!!" I'm really clueless.
