I used a 2nd hand corsair gs 600 psu.... bu after 2 days of hardcore gaming the pc started restarting so i returned the psu.
Now i am confused as to which psu to buy for the card.Mine is a MSI R9 280X GAMING 3G BF4 edition. I have decided on Seasonic SS-750JS. Is it good enough for the card?
I also have the following:
fx 6100 3.3 GHZ
8 gb (4x2) corsair vengeance
2 tb seagate hdd
6 cabinet fans(2 x 140mm.4x120mm)

Another thing i noticed that when i was playing games like crysis 3 and watchdogs temps were heating 81-83 degs...is that a serious problem?

A 700W Seasonic sounds fine. I don't think you need that much though, since you aren't using SLI. I'd think a 600 - 650W would be better since you don't have that much high power equipment in your computer other than the processor and the gpu.

What temps? Are the temps you put for CPU or GPU? CPU - That's irregular. Check your thermal paste or your heatsink. GPU - That's pretty normal, but you may want to check your cooling if it bothers you. GPU's can go up to like 100C lol so don't worry too much.
