The 7750 would be an issue for you. It would be miles better if you could stretch to an r7 260x or even just an r7 250x/7770 (same thing). A good 450-500w PSU from a company like Seasonic or XFX will suffice.

What is your budget? We might be able to design a more balanced build for you...

We'll my budget is around ₹45000
And I should be able to use video editing softwares....it will also have moniter of 18.5.includedand also keyboard,mouse and 2.1speakera included...

I stay in India and the currency here is indian rupee.
You might know that 1$=RS 61,so my budget goes to around 720dollors max.
And all the things I have mentioned earlier are must to to be include in this price...
