one is newer model and different heat pipe
P/N: 100-FS-C901-KR = 4 6mm heatpipes that are arranged to receive the maximum airflow, direct-touch base technology

P/N: 100-FS-C201-KR = 5 8mm heatpipe and have a cover around the side of heatpipe

as far as i know some of the newer cooler suggest that cover the side will direct the air to heatpipe and cool better .... that seem like only different.

i would get the bigger heat pipe if you have to choose between the 2.. bigger mean more heat transfer
