Please suggest me the best laptop to do work and play games without any problem

Just purely comparing your 4 choices, there's only one that is going to give you anything decent for games. The HP 15-r014TX, for it's i5 CPU and GT 820M GPU, the others either do not have a good enough CPU or good enough GPU. If you want to look at other laptops, having a good discrete graphics card is what youre looking for primarily for gaming.
