Hello everyone, I feel like building a rig decent and not too expensive a mid end rig. I am a casual gamer that plays few games like dayz, cs go, dota, g mod and tf2. As a photographer I do frequent photo edit and processing and seldom video editing, I also design posters and flyers when needed. So I think I'll be needing a decent rig to satisfy my needs. I got bout 700 usd. Oh, and I'm not really a fan of overclocking so don't need watercooling too.

From what I scouted around the internet I've come out a few parts that interest me but I need more suggestion and opinions.

CPU - INTEL CORE I5-4690
Mobo - need good suggestions on this
Casing - Bitfenix NEOS Colour
RAM - 8GB in kit of 2 or 4GB
Hard disk - two 500gb or 1 1tb might be getting 1 ssd after
GPU - got one from my current GTX 650 1gb oc
PSU - any decent with 500w? I haven't counted the watts I need
Optical drive - got a spare.
OS - windows 7, windows 8?

I really need a lot of opinions on building this rig, sorry for the bad English, not my mother tongue. Thanks in advance :D

Solution
Any H97 motherboard will do. ASRock h97m pro 4 is on the cheaper side of things.

graphics card, it'll do fine on most of those games.

I'd recommend getting a bit more RAM (as long as budget allows it) if you're going to do a lot of photo editing and stuff like that. It'll give you more room to work with.
