Can't access bios

Hello ,
I've got a big problem with my motherboard MSI P67A-C45 (B3) , first of all i've installed Award BIOS v5.4 from MSI official website , but i got an unusual problem i can't access the bios .
I mean i press the start button and after 10-15 seconds the windows is loaded .
I tried to remove battery and i pressed the CMOS button but doesn't work
Can you give me some advice ?

Did you hit the delete key when you were supposed to?

I am not sure what BIOS you download but when you start the PC you should be able to push del while it starts to get into your BIOS. If that doesnt work you may have install the BIOS wrong and messed up your PC.

Ok, hint about BIOS, you need to SPAM the button and just keep clicking it as it boots until you're in. Always works for me! One time just never seems enough.

I tried to spam F11 , DEL , F1 and still can't access my boot menu , is like the motherboard skip that flash of 3-5 seconds with boot menu

On systems with Windows 8 pre-installed, you can access the UEFI (BIOS) setup screens from the Windows 8 boot menu:

Press the Windows (Image: icon_Windows8_key.png) key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms.
Click Settings.
Click Change PC Settings.
In PC Settings, select General.
Under Advanced startup, click Restart now. The system will restart and show the Windows 8 boot menu.
In the boot menu, select Troubleshoot.
In the Troubleshoot menu, select Advanced options.
In the Advanced options menu, select UEFI Firmware Settings.
Click Restart to restart the system and enter UEFI (BIOS).

Startup Repair
Command Prompt
Startup Settings
