USB Overcurrent Error

My pc has a usb overcurrent error when I turn it on. How do I fix this error? I tried unplugging every usb device but it still won't work. I even disconnected the usb connectors from the mobo. Is there a BIOS setting to ignore the usb overcurrent?

Spunds like the PSU is over-powering the 5v connectors... I don't see much I can do... :-(

Well the PSU supplies a certain voltage, amperage, and wattage for the USB connectors. It should be on you power supplies stickers and say "5v" and the wattage and amps underneath. What is the brand of you PSU?

Idk the brand but isn't there a way to disable the front panels usbs, if that of course is causing the problem?
