WD 1TB external drive not showing up

Hi,
I have a portable 1TB WD Essential hard drive i've been using for a year . Last month i gave it to my friend and after getting it back when I plugged it to my pc it didn't show up in my computer ( But it shows in taskbar) . the strange point is that it works perfect in EVERY other PCs and Laptops ! So i transferred my data to another hdd and tried to fix the problem . Since then, I've tried every single solution on different websites like assigning a drive letter in DM , testdisk,Gparted and none of sotwares were able to find the device .
so if anyone thinks how I can solve this problem I would really apreciate it because it's made me really nervous !

Trying to make sure I understand this correctly. The drive shows up in Disk Management and in the Taskbar but you can't access data on the drive. Is that right? If you can see it in Disk Management and you have the data stored on another drive, have you considered deleting the partition, and creating a new one?

Thanks for your answer .
It shows up in the Taskbar and Device Manager but not in Disk Management .I tried unistalling its driver and plugging it again to reinstall it but it didn't make any difference.

What do you see if you right click on that drive in device manager and click on properties? Have you tried right clicking and disabling the device, reboot and then reconnecting the drive?

I did it right now and after that I have "WD Drive Management devices" added in Device Manager :

Sorry for my delay.
No,as it's shown in second picture in my previous post, the drive is marked as RAW and I can't acces my files .

When I try to open it, I get this error :

And its LED is blinking like that its on standby.

The problem was the power .And after replacing a new one ,the drive works perfect
