Do you already have an FX8320 and are looking to upgrade? if so its not worth it, as other have said its the same chip with a little overclocking.
If you have not purchased yet may I ask what system you have? Do you already have an AM3+ motherboard or will you be starting from scratch?

FX 8320 has almost the same OC potential as the 8350. It is just stock-clocked lower.
Be sure to get very good motherboard and CPU coolerg if you plan to get an AMD 8-core and do any overclocking.

they are pretty much the same chip maybe stock settings one is greater than the other but the 8320 can me set to 4.2ghz which is the stock turbo for the fx8350 on a stock cooler, my 8320 is better than any 8350 i have tried in any benchmark i do
