OC Gaming PC?

I am building a gaming PC around two gtx 760s. I am looking to OC allot to like 4.something GHz. This is a build I have come up with and it seems promising. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rm6Jgs
Will this build handle OC for both the GPUs and the CPU?

If you want to stay with Intel, try to swing an i7. They scale in crossfire/SLI better than the i5.

The high speed RAM is a waste for gaming. Low latency DDR3 1600 or 1866 is better.

DO NOT use a Raidmax PSU. They are terrible. A Rosewill Hive 750w or XFX 750w will be a much better choice for a budget PSU. NZXT also makes some decent 850w PSUs.
