How high you get will depend on several factors. But do your OC'ing in BIOS. Start by disabling Turbo. Then raise the unlocked CPU clock multiplier by one increment. Reboot and run something like Intel Burn Test using the default settings: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4965-intelburntest.html
Keep a temp monitoring pgm running so you can watch core temps and board temps during the entire OC'ing process. If it passes, go back into BIOS and raise the multiplier again. Repeat.

Eventually, you will get to a point that you can't boot to Win7 or IBT will fail. You can either back off to the last stable setting... or Go back in BIOS and take the vcore up a TINY bit to try to regain stability. When you feel you have your best OC...

When you feel you have your best OC, run an extended prime95 for at least 1 full hour using small FFTs. (some folks prefer an overnight run of prime95) If it passes, chances are you have a stable OC. Heavy gaming will be another test.
