Front panel connectors not working on new build

Okay, so I just did my first build yesterday. Got everything done and when I plugged the PSU in and turned it on, it powered up everything. I couldn't turn it off unless I used the PSU power switch. I've seen so many different things and I don't know whether to do a RMA or not. Please help :??:

Specs:
Mobo: Msi 990fxa-gd65v2
GPU: Msi r9 280
CPU: Fx-8350
PSU: Corsair cx600
Ram: Kingston hyper x fury

Maybe you plugged the power button connectors in the wrong way around, or in the wrong spot? Check you've plugged the HDD LED, reset switch, power button, power led etc into the right spot and the right way around, try it again and see if you can get it to work. Good luck! :)
