Upgrading my CPU.

Hello

I have a:
-AMD Athlon II X4 750K CPU - (Black) (Quad Core, 3.40GHz, 4MB, 100W, Socket FM2)
-Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Motherboard (DDR3, Socket FM2+, PCI Express 3.0)
-Asus GTX 650 2GB
I would like to know what is the best AMD CPU that isn't an apu that i can upgrade to. I don't even know how to remove the CPU for a starter which i could use some advice on (mostly the how to get the heat sink off the cpu so to reuse it if i can) even though i'm the one that installed it. Also if i have to get an APU, how do i switch an APU's Integrated graphics off so i can carry on using my Asus GTX 650 2GB.

It's just that my CPU is now starting to be the weak link in my build in a small amount of high demanding games.

No Bottleneck then. The thing is that my Dad bought the GTX 650 for my 20th birthday so i don't really want to tell him it isn't powerfully enough.

Also how do i completely remove my graphics cards drivers so i can remove it in the future.
Also there is a wire from the front panel of my tower which i think is the power cable. It goes below the motherboards power cable which is on the right side of my board, which slightly get in the way so much that i can only fit up to a 25cm long card. The case can fit a 30cm but the cable is in the way, so i would like to get a cable to make the cable longer by 5cm so i get more room for my graphics card. I can fit that card i have pick i just have to shove the wire out of the way, but if i want a big 30cm card i will need to find a solution to the wire problem.

Thanks

Also amazon says from them it will take 2-4weeks to dispatch. The next seller is like £20 more in price.
So wtf Amazon.

Sorry for the late repply.

To eliminate the drivers use the uninstaller of the driver itself and then use something like Drive Sweeper to remove driver leftovers.
I wouldn't worry about the lenght of the card because it measures only 22,8cm

My Asus GTX650 is 19cm and i've messaged the new cards 22cm length in my case and its' fine. I will just have to push one of my front case wires out of the way though which is fine it'll fit. i have already made a new thread to see if everyone says it will fit snuggly which they said it would so now i just worry about driver sweeper because one of the options in driver sweeper is to remove Nvidia and AMD folders but i have an AMD chipset so i don't want it to remove that.

Well, don't remove the AMD folders, only the Nvidia ones.
