Alright, first off I apologize if I forget any information that should be included.

Here is the full PC build http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Elijahph/saved/cmTPxr specifically motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132127&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I think either I damaged something or it is defective and I would like to hear more experienced opinions. Backstory:
Put the PC together and installed windows 8.1 home edition. Everything seemed to be running pretty smooth the first night (and this was my first experience with windows 8) I quickly realized that I hated most of windows 8.1 and did some exploring in google to try and figure out how I could make it more like windows 7. I installed both the windows classic shell and winaero charm killer listed in this PC world article http://www.pcworld.com/article/2109735/replace-windows-8-with-windows-7-or-a-look-alike.html

Everything still running fine. I go to bed and the next day I wake up to find that I can no longer get the built in Wifi on that motherboard to work. I try restarting a couple times and start getting blue screens. I thought it might be the programs I downloaded so I tried to do a fresh install of windows 8.1 again, can't do it, every time that I get it booted off the cd's and files loaded and the PC hits the part where it has to reboot I receive a blue screen or another massive error message that forces the program to abort. (I tried a couple times and received different error messages, unfortunately I don't remember them atm and I didn't right them down.) Sick of windows 8 I install an old copy of windows 7 I had. I blue screened once in install and started googling what could cause it, one answer was bad RAM so I pulled one of my sticks and managed to get through the install of windows 7, after which I re-installed the RAM and it has been perfectly stable for about 2 weeks now.

After re-installing windows my onboard wifi didn't work still and I was unable to install the CD's that were for my WIFI/LAN that came with the mobo. I also just noticed today after trying to get music to play through my built in speakers on my monitor that apparently my audio device drivers aren't working (completely) either. USB headphones work perfectly fine. Audio port I cannot get to work to any device and all of my playback devices in my audio task manager are listed as not plugged in.

Now I know for a fact that audio worked through my monitor the first night I installed windows 8.1 before all the problems started.

With my audio and WIFI problems (Ethernet does work) does it sound like my mobo is partially damaged? Can I troubleshoot this?/How? Any ideas what might of caused my original problems when I had windows 8.1 installed?

Thanks to anyone who bothers to read this whole thing and I apologize if grammar/spelling made any parts of this painful.
