Well assuming the PS4 is $400 you could get a i5 4690k and z97 mobo. Or fx cpu and am3+ mobo and 8gb ram

If you want to play on low to medium settings maybee.

A gtx 660 is last generation card and the 760 is soon to be replaced by the 860.

To play next gen games well you would need an i5 ($200) a z97 board ($100) and then a $250-400 video card.

It seems that the PS4 is a good choice , pc part need upgrade every 3 or 4 year but ps4 can last 10 year

Btw despite it being a last gen card. It will run most games at high for a while. The r9 270 is slightly better than it and can play games high/ultra. But if high isn't good enough for you. You can get a r9 280 for $200 to max out games (assuming you're at 1080p)

The ps4 is about 10000000vnd ~ 500$ and the game disk is 70 $ and the old game's price never drop like in the us , if i buy dishonored disk i have to paid 70$ for that very old game
