So I just purchased an Acer V5-573G with a 1TB SSHD, and decided to chuck a Crucial M500 240GB mSATA SSD in there as well. I migrated all the partitions on the SSHD to the SSD using Acronis True Image 2014 and followed the instructions in the Acronis support section. At first it seemed to be fine, but then I ran into some major issues. When I booted from the SSD, system information said that my copy of Windows 8.1 isn't active. When I tried to activate, it just gave me a blue screen (not BSOD but just a unicolored screen). So I thought it's maybe the old copy still on the SSHD. I did a quick format, and it now refuses to boot from either drive. It's going through a system reset as we speak. I really have no idea what happened, why it happened and what I can do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
