The pc restarts from prime95 in a matter of minuets, i have already tried another PSU and it did not solve my problem, as i initially once thought,by reading around i think it has something to do with my ram voltage and timings in my bios, but i have no idea what to put in order for it to work as i have tried to put it on 1.65v 1600mhz from the normal 1.5v 1333mhz stock settings that my bios has.

The ram i have is : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104244

Everything is on stock settings, the only thing i have messed with is the Dram voltage and timings, which i put to 1.65v instead of 1.5v and timings to 9-9-9-27, putting it back on default settings still makes the pc restart

Have you tried running Memtest to rule out memory failure? It's happened to me before. You could try, assuming you have more than one stick of ram, trying one in your system at a time and seeing if the problem persists.

How long do i let each stick pass? I have ran it before for each stick about 3 or 4 passes without it detecting an error

5 is normally my limit but some say run it overnight, how ever many passes that might be. If its not the memory then try removing all non essential components, optical drives, secondary HDDs etc to rule them causing some sort of conflict. I would systematically rule out each component, starting with the easiest, to rule them out. Once you are down to the CPU, mb, one stick of ram, HD and graphics card it gets a bit trickier. I had to borrow a mates GPU to rule out mine causing an error when my system became unstable. You say you've changed the PSU so that can pretty much be ruled out.
