Can my pc play Fable 3?

Hey there! So I just got Fable 3 for PC and it is extremely laggy.... I'm wondering if my PC can even run it smoothly or if it is a lost cause?

My Spec's:
CPU: AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile TL-56
Motherboard: Quanta 30B7 65.2B
Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce 6150
Southbridge: NVIDIA nForce 410/430 MCP
BIOS: HP F.3E 12/27/2007
Memory: DDR2 Dual 2 GBytes
SPD: DDR2 1024 MBytes PC2-5300 (333MHz) Samsung M4 70T2953EZ3-CE6
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150

EDIT: I already have all the game settings at the lowest possible, so no go there...

How to speed up your game, make a gaming user and run nothing no tags, no Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Monitor, just maybe no icons, close every window before running the game and run the prersonalization in >High Contrast White<

everything will be white but it will free up some video ram
