What is the greend,red etc colors in some liquid pc's?

They use custom coolants made by brands such as Mayhem. I believe that is mayhem's blueberry pastel coolant.

its is part of a watercooling srtup instead of using fans,heatsinks they use water for cooling ( not tab water)

Meh, I like the looks, but distilled water is the best option because coolants can clog up your loop and stain tubing.
