Overclocking GPU Help

I overclocked my gpu and when i run benchmark valley it does this weired thing and half my screen gets lines and the other half is fine. If i raise the voltage will that fix this?

pc specs:
MSI 970A-G43
AMD FX-6100 Black edition unlocked (stock cooler)
XFX Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5
400 watt PSU
ADATA Premier 4GB DDR3 1600MHz PC3-10666 (Overclocked)


the stock settings are 800MHz core clock and 1000MHz memory.
i overclocked it to 940MHz core and 1260MHz memory.

vsync wont work with my monitor, it makes things delay and lag. the problem im having is the screen moves to the side so the border on the left is in the middle of the screen and if i move my mouse to the right the cursor appears on the left side of the screen and there is a big black barrier in the middle. to the right of that barrier is all horizontal lines and to the left is fine. also the only way to get rid of this problem is if i restart my pc.

i have a 32'' sceptre led tv for my screen. the refresh rate is 60MHz and my resolution is 1360x768.
