Which should I chose?

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my graphics card for the game PlanetSide 2 I currently have a GTX 450 and just doesn't cut it. I have a 130$ budget, and I have been looking at the 550 ti. I've looked at Radeon and it seems a lot of people say it is better than or worse then the 550 ti. Any tips or recommendations ?

For $100 you can get an EVGA 650 tihttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130838. I see a lot of people using it and they say it is good. Althought I know it is out if your budget I would recommend for anyone the EVGA GTX 660 super clocked http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130838 this card is great. I can play BF4 ultra on te monitors 60+ fps. Let me know what's you choose. Also in the long run I think the 660 is better. Also considering it has 2 gb ram
