Well the i3 4th gen will bottleneck the 770 and it wont perform at its best(also the i3 4th gen will overheat unless you won't use w cooling or some expensive passive one.The i5 4th gen and 760 would be better, well for 1080p res your fps in nowadays games will be like 30-50 with some aa Still the i5 4th gen and 770 would be better choice if you can save up.

If you playing a more CPU intensive game go for the i5, if you need lots of GPU power go for the GTX 770. Some new cards may be coming out in August so it may be good to wait and see if that bring all the VGA card prices down to where you could have a i5 & the GTX 770.

If your running a 60hz 1080p screen the GTX760, really it's a very well balanced GPU between price and performance, not to mention the i3 will slow down the whole system. The 770 will perform better regardless, but your even non-CPU bound games will take a performance hit on an i3.

Balance is the key to a solid build, don't put high end parts with low end ones.
The i3 will drop performance compared to the i5 in Crysis 3 on average 21FPS, while the 760 will drop it by 5-8 FPS compared to the 770. In addition it's a lot easier to overclock a GPU than a CPU.
