If you can get the I7 go for it, you wont regret it and it will last a long time, I still have an "old pc" at home with a I7 920 and still runs everything fine. If you overclock the fx 8320 in some scenarios it would match the I7 stock, good if you are on a budget, but for the long run I would recommend the I7

It all depends on the use case. Gaming, editing, what? The Xeon 1230v3 is an excellent option, i7-4770 at i5 prices.
I have to buy a pc with €1400... i go with FX 8350.. to give a chance to AMD... i know that Intel is way better (Just in High-End Products) .. But, Hei, AMD is doing Great Things with CPU/GPU Making.

What...? Why?
AMD is doing a good job with graphics, but definitely not with their CPUs. The FX-8350 is nearly a half decade out of date (behind Intel) and even if it has 8 brute cores, it still can't touch an i5, let alone an i7, in gaming.
I only recommend AMD on budget builds, under 400 Euros or $500, and a few other circumstances (video editing, etc.) Above $500, there is simply no reason to shortchange yourself on an AMD CPU- with CPU technology that is on par with Intel in 2009, a completely dead socket, and horrible power consumption. There is no good reason to buy AMD unless you have a low budget.

With that budget just go for the i7. Amd gets his change in the budget and console segment, with a high budget going for the 8350 just isnt smart.

Yes but i prefer spend the "Budget" in a 500gb ssd then in a cpu.

It's a no-brainer get the 4770K if you afford it because it's 2 generations newer than the fx 8320 , consumes less , generates less heat - thus last longer , performs not sooo much , but BETTER . The motherboards with sk1150 are 2 generations newer too , so you get more usb 3.0 , potentially more pci-e lanes , less motherboard power consumption , also higher ram speeds+XMP.
So with 1400 euros you have no reason to buy amd cpu....
with 1400 i would :
Corsair Carbide Series 500R Arctic White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower
ENERMAX REVOLUTION X't ERX730AWT 730W ATX12V 80 PLUS GOLD
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming LGA 1150 Intel Z87
Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5

In game, what's the real difference between an i5 and an i7 ? If i have to do gaming, i would go with an i5... but i can also take in mind going with an amd fx 8350 cpu... that is almost as equal as Intel i5 in gaming ... and better in multitasking/videoediting. For me, it's not worth it going with Intel just because Intel i5 can do 5-10 more FPS in newer games.

No, the only reason the i5 and 8350 look to be in the same in benchmarks is because the video card is the benchmark. The i5's CPU cores are 5 years ahead of AMD's in the amount of work they can do (single thread performance), and in the games coming up, this will become more and more apparent.

GPU won't be a problem.. Sapphire r9 290 Tri-x. But with i5 or FX, The frame difference is not worth the price for the i5... even if the i5 is more stable in all CPU Camps.
I built a pc to a friend of mine and i can see that the FX 8320 is very great.. just the 125 watt make ma "sad".
