Mother board has some plastic thing do i remove ?

I have a MSI Gaming 7 and im wondering is this plastic sticker or is it the board
Heres is a photo
The plastic type of thing is on top of the logo saying z97 Gaming 7

If you mean the text in the middle of the motherboard, don't try to remove it . It is meant to be there.
