If your question means "for power line networking, does it allow multiple connections from a single source on a network?" then the answer is yes.
Keep in mind that the power line networking system does not include built in switching, so that the more systems that you plug in, the more the bandwidth is shared.
I have set up power line networks in the past with one adapter plugged into my router along with two other computers and a networked blue ray player. It worked fine as long as I was not trying to use Netflix on the player and transfer large files on one of the PCs.
