760 vs 750 Ti (bottlenecking)

Hi guys, so, i'm finally completing my first build but the money is short right now and I can't quite get the 4790k/GTX 780 I wanted. So I'm getting some cheap parts for now so I can upgrade on my birthday (February) or as soon as I can.

Since I'll upgrade this soon, I'll just grab a i3 4130 or G3220 (which is half the price) and EVGA 750 Ti FTW.
But the 750 Ti is only 20% cheaper than the 760.

Should I grab the 760? Will it bottleneck?

Please don't post that the i3 sucks and "of course it will bottleneck" without any link or comparison.

Thanks in advance.

imho get Pentium G3258 if you can oc. Or buy i3 4130 if you cannot oc. Both are actually good choices:

Really. BF4 at hightest quality 1080p and g3258 wont bottleneck a Nvidia TITAN. Its a single-player campaign but its astonishing anyway.

FOrgot to post the rest of the specs. I got an Asus VI Impact, so its a Z87 board. Do I need to do a bios update to get the G3258 like the Devil's Canyon?

So I'll need a Haswell CPU to update it seems. Cheers mate, I'll stick with the i3

Last time I checked the Bios flashback wasn't enough, as you need to update the IME and it can only be done through windows.

But I found something interesting here

I'm gonna do some more research on this though

I know, I just don't want to pay more and don't get the full benefit of the better GPU
