Hello, i've recently built a pc to a friend of fime. Everything work very well, but in HWmonitor under "CPU" there is only "Package"! Is it Normal ?? FX 8320 + HYPER T4+ M5A99X EVO R2.0 6+2+2 Phases = 35° Idle, 50° Full Load! But why HWmonitor only shows "Packages" with amd fx 8xxx core Cpu ?

Do you have the latest version of HWM? It may have trouble finding the correct signal from that MB. Try another temp pgm. Btw, if you want safer temp monitoring for OC'ing, use the newe AMD Overdrive. It now shows cores' Thermal Margin instead of cores' temps. Ever since AMD went from the K10 to the Bulldozer cores, the temp reading have been flaky.
