Did anyone check out this new router?

Solution
Scam? Maybe not.
Stupidly complex for what it is supposed to do? Yes.

It's a router. Why does it need a touch screen? The last time I physically touched my router was when I actually plugged it in, or connected a new Cat5e cable.
Management? I can do that from any wired device on the lan.

They are into being trendy and flashy but I suspect they may not be technically competent. There specs very clearly say they support 4x4 mimo but they also clearly state that only 3 of the 4 antenna on the device hook to the radio that is suppose to run this 4x4 mimo. The other thing in all the technical jargon they did not bother to list their FCC certification number where you can get actual information without the marketing guys twisting it. To release on the dates they are they would already have to have fcc and EU approval.

Anyone who thinks the can stop using a malware/virus product is deluding themselves. When commercial firewalls/IDS that you pay massive yearly licenses still recommend you run client based software this product must have some really new technology?. They could make more money selling that technology to enterprise customers than this router product will ever will.

These are pretty big mistakes that would make me wait a long while to see how much is actually true.
