2 VGA ports on PC

Hi!
I was wondering, if I could hook up two monitors on my PC. one a TV and the other Monitor Standard.
I want dual monitor setup and was asking if I could hook up two monitors both using VGA because
My PC has a VGA port on Motherboard and the other on my GPU(AMD R7 250 2GB)

tl;dr Can I hook up two monitors both using VGA port.

Yes, you can do that as long as you have both graphics systems enabled. Make sure that you have drivers for both and that they are both active. You should be able to just plug in the cables into their respective connectors and have the computer recognize them.

Mind giving me some clarity on this? I do not entirely understand, I did it eariler but sadly didn't work. The iBuyPower were total dicks and somehow made my PC only use one VGA port
