well, do you need an OS, monitor, or keyboard? and you dont need an i7 for gaming, nor can you afford one, the graphics card is much more important.

Didn't realize that i7's cost so much. I guess I will run a i5 if it will be more cost efficient and allow me to get a better graphics cards.

it comes with some case fans, and the cpu comes with a stock cooler, but if you want to overclock the cpu, which you can do because it is a K cpu and a Z mobo, you can get a nice cooler for $30 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

yes. in that case, if you wanted to, you could get a 120gb ssd with the saved money from the hdd's.

In order to fit, the PowerColor Radeon R9 290 4GB PCS+ Video Card may require removing drive bays from the NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case. The case only supports video cards up to 230mm in length without removing drive bays, while the video card is 266mm long.
MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.
