Why does my bclk clock crash my computer?

I have a i7 4770 locked CPU I wanted to bclk overclock it... But every time I do try my bios crashes
I only change it from 100 to 103
I have a gigabyte mother board

It's locked to the PCI frequency. So when you change base clock to 103, your PCI freq also increases, causing a crash. Stuff connected to the PCI bus has very low tolerance to change.
