PC shuts down while gaming/under heavy load

So about a month and a half ago I moved in into new apartment. I've noticed that whenever I try to play Battlefield 4, my pc would shut down randomly after some time.
I did notice that my case does get pretty hot, but this never seemed to be an issue before. All temps seem normal, does not get higher than 60-70 C. My apartment does get pretty hot though, hence the summer and everything. PC seems to run fine while I don't play BF4. The only thing I did notice so far, is weird fan speed spikes in graphs in MSI Afterburner. Could this be an issue, i.e. my gpu's fans going bad? Or is it PSU? or anything else, like heat or electricity surges?

Here are my specs:
Mobo: MSI 990-XA-GD-55
PSU: Corsair TX750M 750w
CPU: AMD FX-4100
RAM: 2x Kingston HyperX Blu 4 gigs each
GPU: MSI Radeon R7850 Twin Frozr 2gb GDDR5
HDD: HITACHI 320gigs, which is pretty old, but still shows "Good" rating in Crystal Disk Info

Win 7 x64

Any advice?

I guarantee you it is your psu. It might not give enough effiency under heavy load to all the components, or it basically cant handle the heat, so it crashes and shuts down.

Weird, I figured this PSU was good, and it used to be able handle it without any issues under any load. It just puzzles me that everything else, including other games, runs fine. BF4 is a resource hog, but still. My friend has exactly the same PSU that he bought at the same day as I did, his rig is even more power-hungry, and he doesn't seem to have such issues. Of course, two PSUs can't be exactly the same, but still. Oh well, thanks for you reply!
I'll see if I can swap mine and I'll test it out.

My case has two120mm air ducts on the side, next to cpu and gpu; two 120mm intake fans inside of the case, in the front, and standard 120mm exhaust fan on the back panel. I do use stock cpu cooler though, it's about 2-2,5 years old, same as cpu.

could you put one of the side panel as outake on the top sine you have 4 intake and one outake also use this on the sensor page to check temp on idle and load with fan speed and voltages http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php i would also give a test on the hdd with the drive maker test tool on short and long test since this is a old 320 gig in case alos if you have some cooling paste handy i would repaste the cpu .

Make sure the interior of your computer has been properly ventilated and cooled. If you know that it's properly ventilated, then you should check your BIOS settings. (I think that's what it's called :p) When it boots up, it should say in the corner to push a button for settings. If it doesn't, check the booklet that came with your motherboard. Go to your advanced options and check if the auto shut down is off. I do NOT recommend turning it off if it's on.
