3gb of ram is od, personally i would get 2 new 2gb sticks. that are supported by your motherboard.

2nd just random task running in your background most likely. CNTRL ALT DELETE see what programs are running in task manager. Then from start menu type in MSCONFIG select Bootup and check to see if there any programs you have acquired over time that are running in the background that you have no need for.

Also if you are running an Antivirus that is probably the most likely culprit.

Start > msconfig
Check 'Diagnostic startup'
Restart and test for unusual activity as this will stop any non-essential services starting.

This is in Windows 7 and before. Shouldn't be too different if you have Windows 8.

my cpu usage its just a normal if there's nothing opened program. But when I try to play an online game it went to 80-100% that game requirement is only 500mb (1gb recommended). I already check my msconfig there's only one I checked there it's my antivirus. Im using avast antivirus and malwarebytes and also my drivers update well.

Nothing wrong there. Am i right to say that is a browser game? Constantly feeding your computer directions and possibly loading it with spyware as well lol... Working your anti spyware and antivirus into overdrive. Honestly from what you have provided I personally see nothing wrong.
