best air cooler for mild overclocking

From my perspective, one of the best coolers available that is an improvement over stock ones is the Cooler Master TX3. It uses a 92mm fan, can fit in any average case, uses plastic push pin connectors (so you don't have to remove the motherboard to put it on), and can have a second fan added to it if you want additional air flow.

Keep in mind that the plastic push pin mounting is both a plus and a minus. You have to be extra careful when pushing in the pins, but it also means that you don't have to remove the motherboard to mount the cooler (no back plate or nuts like on the larger coolers that need the extra support).

The TX3 is currently $20 at newegg and has a $5 rebate available as well.
