Counter Strike 1.6 Flickering Screen on Wine.

I actually liked the Windows Experience of Counter Strike.
but it also used to flicker in MAC version of CS, until I switched Vertical Sync OFF. Now it's fixed.
plus I cant able to get to desktop from CS in mac.
Command + Tab doesn't work.
