Asus M5A97, AMD FX6300, G.SKILLS ripjaws Z series 4x2, Sapphire RADEON R9 270 dual-x oc, EVGA 500B 80 plus bronze 500W, WD Caviar Blue 1T, Dell U2713HM monitor.
I connect my monitor with a VGA and adapter into the DVI slot at the back of the CG and get 'no signal from computer' message. No beep when the computer comes on, no noise at all. Green light on mofo is on. I tried a DVI-D cable in the other slot at the back of the card but no luck. I changed the cmos battery too. I took the VC out, checked everything, reconnected it, took the RAM out, same thing, reconnect most wires etc.
I'm a first time builder, I'm handy with tools and like tinkering with and fixing things. I followed the DIY guide here and on another site.
