Should I be worried about my GPU temperatures?

I had my PC built in April 2014. My EVGA gtx 770 would always be below or at 55C whenever I'm playing games such as Borderlands 2 and Witcher 2 on high settings. Then a month later I dusted my pc with compressed air, I notice that my temperatures for the gpu goes up to 60C when playing those games. Nowadays its around 65C when gaming. Idle temperatures have always been the same, at low 30s. My cpu temperatures are fine. No overclocking. But yeah, is this temperature safe when gaming? If not is there anything i can do to lower it? Also its crazy hot nowadays in Texas and was wondering if that has to do with anything.
