I recently upgraded from a 450w to a 650w power supply to support a GTX 660 graphics card. Ever since I have rebooted the computer, my speakers are not working. I've tried both available aux plug-ins and the regular line-in plug, nothing. I tried plugging the speakers into my phone and it works, so I think it's my computer. My USB headset works when plugged in. When I use the line-in option to my computer jack, the computer recognizes the speakers and the mixer claims that sound is playing through the speakers, but nothing is actually outputting. I have tried updating realtek and related audio drivers, I've checked to make sure that the speakers are actually selected as the audio device, and I have disabled all additional features of the speakers available through the sound configuration tab.

Try using the line out, not the line in. Unless that was a typo. Line in is for inputting a signal to the computer. Line out is for speakers.

Plug the speakers into the green port on the computer.
