Good tablet for $150

I am looking to purchase a tablet to kill idle times at work, but not a expensive one while having good quality and performance. Never looked into that subject so I'd like to have some feedback from users.

I would say a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7", or if you can go a bit higher, a Nexus 7.

I was looking at my local computer store's website and they have the Nexus 7 (2012) and the Asus MEMOpad 7. I think I can make is 150~200.
