Hello,
so my computer is a couple weeks old now ( my first build ). but when i was messing around with it ( moving some cables around for management, installed a new fan and LED lights ) it shocks me. Specifically the back of the case where the PSU exhaust is, other parts have no problem. Its not a huge shock but you can tell when your touching it that your getting some electricity through your finger >.< ... Ive read some places that this is a good sign that my case is grounded and thats its just me building up static electricity? wondering if this is a problem i should be worried about. Also my pc is plugged into the wall using a 2 prong adapter since the cord that comes out of the PSU is a 3 prong and the outlet only accepts 2 prong plugs. And im in the philippines the outlet gives 240v instead of 120v
thank you to all who answer
EDIT: after 20 mins of the first occurrence and typing this i tried touching the back of the case where the PSU is located and....
no shock. hmmm what is this wizardry ?!
